MANAMA, Bahrain (April 29, 2010) Gunner's Mate 1st Class Juan Rutledge and Sailors assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) spend the day tutoring and enjoying recreational playtime at the Regional Institute for Active (RIA) School in Bahrain. The community relations project was part of a long-term commitment by Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain to assist the instructors at the RIA School for special needs children. My husband works hard at his job.  He is also tireless about exploring new ideas to support his family including writing books, tutoring on the side, and creating educational products.  He has big dreams, great ideas and puts work behind them.  I appreciate him and all he does for our family.

It just makes me smile so much when I see a wife affirming and building up her husband and bragging about his wonderful abilities. That’s how you motivate a man to be his best – and everybody wins!
