You can eat differently from your spouse but it’s definitely easier if you have similar eating habits. I have been trying to eat a mainly vegan diet and my husband is going to try it. I’m happy because I think it will be healthy for him and I will have added support. It’s tempting when others eat meat. One less meat eater in the house will make it easier. Of course, there’s alway self-control but lowering temptation is good!
